We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level as our benchmark, and we genuinely care about getting there. That means readable color contrast, keyboard-navigable controls, descriptive image text, and clear, structured page layouts. We know we won't always be perfect, but we listen, learn, and improve with every report we receive.

• Safe-area support so content sits comfortably on notched mobile devices.
• Touch-friendly controls with comfortable, easy-to-tap targets.
• Clear headings and landmarks to help screen-reader users find their way.
• Keyboard-friendly forms and navigation for those who don't use a mouse.
• Respect for your system's text sizing and zoom, so you can read at the size that suits you.
• Descriptive labels and alt text on key images throughout the marketplace.

A few parts of the marketplace rely on content we don't fully control — like vendor-uploaded photos and embedded maps — and these may not always include complete descriptions. We warmly encourage vendors to add descriptive text to their listings, and we're working on tools to make that simpler. If you run into a barrier, please tell us so we can help and keep improving.
